I Squared Capital portfolio company TIP Group has been named one of the 2026 Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For in Europe, recognizing the workplace experience its employees help create every day.

Produced by Great Place to Work®, the list draws on confidential employee feedback through the Trust Index™ survey. It examines trust in leadership, relationships with colleagues, and employees’ experiences of fairness and support. The assessment considers how consistently those experiences are shared across an organization.

TIP provides truck and trailer leasing, rental, maintenance, and repair services to transport operators across Europe. Its investment in employee development includes the TIP Mechanic Academy, which offers a nine-month route to becoming a certified trailer technician. Participants learn alongside experienced colleagues, developing practical skills for careers supporting the company’s workshop operations.

Across the business, TIP offers training opportunities and encourages employees to discuss career goals and development plans with their managers. Vacancies are advertised internally, helping employees explore opportunities within the company. TIP also provides confidential assistance to employees and their families through its employee support program.

The European recognition builds on several years of progress. TIP received Great Place to Work certification in all nine participating countries in 2023 and has since expanded certification to 11 European countries. In 2026, TIP France was named among France’s Best Workplaces in the 250–1,000 employee category, while TIP UK was recognized among the UK’s Best Workplaces in Manufacturing, Production & Transportation.
