Planned pipeline system will connect the Permian Basin with key Texas and Gulf Coast demand centers.

I Squared Capital has agreed to acquire a stake in WhiteWater Solitude pipeline system a newly established greenfield natural gas platform developed alongside WhiteWater Midstream (“WhiteWater”) and First Infrastructure Capital, which together will hold the controlling operatorship interest in the Solitude Pipeline System (“Solitude”). Solitude will deliver scalable, long-haul natural gas transportation to support Permian Basin growth and expanding Gulf Coast consumption.

The investment builds on I Squared’s experience in North American energy infrastructure and its partnership with WhiteWater, including the Whistler Pipeline, connecting the Permian Basin to LNG, Mexico, and the Gulf Coast, and the fully contracted Matterhorn Express Pipeline, transporting Permian gas to the Gulf Coast and Texas demand centers. Solitude is a planned system of two 48-inch natural gas pipelines connecting the Permian Basin to Katy, a key gateway to Gulf Coast LNG, industrial, and data center demand.

Solitude is expected to enter service in the second half of 2029, subject to receipt of customary regulatory and other approvals. The transaction is expected to complete in August 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
